0 0 <br />1 injunction, only insofar as they are doing business in the State of California and confined to <br />2 defendant's auto body/ repair activities in the County of San Joaquin and elsewhere in the State of <br />3 <br />California. <br />4 <br />3. Defendant, in the course of defendant's auto body/ repair business activities, is <br />5 <br />6 hereby permanently enjoined from: <br />7 3a. Violation of Chapter 6.7 of the California Health and Safety Code, pursuant to <br />8 Health and Safety Code § 25299.01; <br />9 3b. Violation of Business and Professions Code §§17200 et seq, pursuant to Business <br />10 <br />and Professions Code § 17204. <br />11 <br />4. Defendant shall pay to plaintiff the sum of TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS <br />12 <br />13 ($2,000.00), as and for civil penalties, pursuant to Health and Safety Code § 25299. Said <br />14 payment shall be due and payable to the following: the San Joaquin Co. Environmental Health <br />15 Division - EHD Trust. Said payments shall be delivered to the Office of the San Joaquin County <br />16 District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, prior to the filing of this Final <br />17 <br />Judgment. <br />18 <br />19 5. Defendant shall additionally pay to plaintiff the sum of ONE HUNDRED ONE <br />20 DOLLARS ($101.00) as partial recovery of the cost of investigation and suit incurred by the San <br />21 Joaquin County Public Health Service- Environmental Health Division. Said payment shall be due <br />22 and payable to the aforementioned agency, and shall be delivered to the San Joaquin County <br />23 <br />District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, prior to the filing of this Final Judgment. <br />24 <br />6. Defendant shall additionally pay to plaintiff the sum of ONE THOUSAND ONE <br />25 <br />26 HUNDRED SEVENTY DOLLARS ($1,170.00) as partial recovery of the cost of investigation <br />P7 and suit incurred by the San Joaquin County District Attorney.
