SITE HISTORY: <br />August 21, 1990: PHS/EHD received complaint #90-1522 from Lisa <br />Brown, Deputy District Attorney, alleging <br />Mike's Auto Body Shop is operating without a <br />paint spray booth. <br />September 4, 1990: Carol Oz performed site inspection with <br />manager, Randy, and verified business was <br />operating without a paint spray booth. <br />September 18, 1990: Carol Oz started a Small Hazardous Waste <br />Generator file and made referrals to Office <br />of Emergency Services (O.E.S.) and the Air <br />Pollution Control District (A.P.C.D.). <br />September 19, 1990: Carol Oz spoke to Nelson Fox, City of <br />Stockton. Mr. Fox said City of Stockton had <br />done an inspection at Mike's Auto Body Shop <br />and found no violations of the business <br />license. However, Mr. Fox stated that the <br />City of Stockton Fire Department had <br />accompanied them on the inspection and <br />Stockton Fire had concerns of a possible <br />underground storage tank located on site. <br />
