EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE <br /> Lodi Memorial Hospital located at 975 South Fairmont Avenue and is approximately 5 minutes <br /> from the site. Route to the hospital: From the site, west on Pine Street to Cherokee Lane; south on <br /> Cherokee Lane to East Lodi Avenue.Turn west on East Lodi Avenue;continue west on Lodi Avenue <br /> to Fairmont. Turn south on Fairmont Avenue, Hospital is on the west side of Fairmont Avenue. A <br /> map depicting the route to this facility is attached. <br /> Local ambulance service is available at phone 911.
