Pine Street, Lodi, <br /> California. <br /> Dear Peter; <br /> Following is documentation of the removal of two 2,000 gallon, <br /> underground fuel storage tanks, which stored gasoline fuels, located on <br /> 6011 E. Pine Street, Lodi, California. <br /> On April 6, 1998, following approval from San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Division, and Mokelumne Rural Fire District, Bowen <br /> Construction-Engineering, a California Class A, B and Haz. Licensed <br /> contractor, removed two 2,000 gallon, underground, gasoline fuel, storage <br /> tanks from the property located on 6011 E. Pine Street, Lodi, California. <br /> Removal of tanks were witnessed by Inspector Eric W. Trevena <br /> (representing San Joaquin County, Public Health Services, Environmental <br /> Health Division) and by Fire Chief Dan Leary (representing Mokelumne <br /> Rural Fire District). Tanks were inerted and loaded on Trident Trucking <br /> Inc., a hazardous waste transporter, under uniform hazardous waste <br /> manifest, Number 95788064, after approval from the Fire Chief. <br /> Tanks will be transported to Erickson Inc., a TSD facility, for final disposal <br /> and recycling.
