A detail of the procedure by which the decision to <br /> classithe sumps as tanks 1s requested. <br /> 2.In reference to the second parcel ofground at Port Roads 21 and M, please detail <br /> the reason by which it is not acceptable to close the excavations left from <br /> underground storage tank removal. Please explain the refusal to grant closure in <br /> light of soil samples taken in October 1990 that showed no evidence of <br /> contamination. <br /> P.O.
