Sacramento Street
Lodi, CA
This letter confirms the completion of the site investigation for
the 300 gallon underground storage tank (UST) that was removed
from this site on May 1, 1986 .
At the time of the UST removal a soil sample collected beneath
the UST evidenced 8 ppm Total Volatile Hydrocarbons and the
detection limits for Benzene, Toluene, Ethylbenzene and Xylene
(BTEX) were higher than current standards. The soil samples
collected from this former tank area on December 14, 1995, by
Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. during a push probe environmental
assessment of the property, did not evidence any BTEX or Total
Petroleum Hydrocarbons at current detection limit standards.
Based on the available information, including the current land
use, and with the provision that the information provided to this
agency was accurate and representative of site conditions, no
further action related to the underground storage tank release is
required.
This notice is issued pursuant to a regulation contained in Title
23 , California Code of Regulations, Division 3 , Chapter 16,
Section 2721 (e) . (If a change in land use is proposed, the
owner must promply notify this agency. )
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact
me at (209) 468-3449 .
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Health Division
Margaaio, ead Senior REHS
Site Mitigation Unit
C * Advanced GeoEnvironmental
V`' UST file
A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services
