San Joaquin St., Stockton, CA (SR0058480) <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the <br /> permit application (SR0058480): <br /> - Replace the underground primary fuel supply piping by pulling a new Western # <br /> Fiberglass Co-Flex flexible double wall pipe through the existing secondary I <br /> piping, which will then serve as a rockguard chase pipe. i <br /> Replacing the secondary test boots on the vent/return piping, with contingency <br /> to replace the primary and secondary vent/return piping with FRP primary and <br /> secondary piping if secondary containment retest fails. ' <br /> - New piping tested in accordance to applicable regulations and specifications ' <br /> - Soil samples from below the removed piping(not to exceed 2-4 feet below the <br /> piping) will be collected for every 20 lineal feet by Shaw Environmental, and <br /> analyzed for diesel by McCampbell Analytical. <br /> - The.removed piping will be triple-rinse and decontaminated by inert gas such as <br /> nitrogen by Shaw Environmental. <br /> The rinsate will be hauled by Evergreen Oil, Inc. to be disposed at Ecology <br /> Control.Industries. <br /> - The piping will be hauled-by Ecology Control Industries to be disposed at <br /> F Ecology Control Industries. <br /> - Perform secondary containment test after installation, and 6 months after <br /> installation. <br /> I The proposed work is acceptable to EHD,but in order for this permit review to continue, <br /> the following information must be provided: <br /> 1. Describe the method soil samples are to be collected (Resubmit Item #8, Page 3 <br /> of the Service Request application). <br /> 2.
