<br /> In late 198':1, the Governor- signed into law Ab'2013 and E362. These Bills require
<br /> the inventory, inspection .and permitting of all underground storage tanks that .
<br /> contain h<ztx.ardous -m-ateri.als. The San Joaquin Local. Health District, Division
<br /> of Environmental Health was designated as the enforcement agency -for the
<br /> cities and un:incc),rpor,a.tr•',d ._areas within Sart Jo: quln County, State law prFwryide._
<br /> for a fee system to cover the cost of implementing this state mandated
<br /> program.
<br /> Local 'Fees (see attached Fee Schedule), for these required inspectional
<br /> services, will be billed on a. yearly basis. The facilities Permit to Opi rate
<br /> will be issued for a. five -yeas- period. In addition to the year'-l.v
