Please note that compliance with the order is a condition of your <br /> permit, and you are required to undertake the activities required by the order only if you <br /> remove or attempt to remove the USTs. <br /> The order requires limited monitoring, provision of information, and the presence of a <br /> representative of the City to observe removal activities.
