To be handled by authorized waste hauler. <br /> 7. Triple rinse then gas free with dry ice; 10 pounds <br /> per each thousand gallons if needed. <br /> 8. Method of disposal or reuse: <br /> a) N/A <br /> b) N/A <br /> c) Concrete vault will be broken up on site and <br /> hauled off as hazardous waste if the concrete can <br /> not be completely cleaned from any contamination. <br /> 9. Additional information: <br /> a) This vault has some debris in it and it also will <br /> be hauled off as hazardous waste by local authorized <br /> waste hauler. <br /> We propose to open a hole at each end of this vault <br /> to allow the waste hauler to be able to vacuum out <br /> the vault from each end. Then we propose to open <br /> the entire top of the vault so we will be able to <br /> rake all debris to one end and then dam one end and <br /> remove debris. We will then remove dam and rinse <br /> vault again. <br /> Then with a rapid ram we will break out vault one <br /> piece at a time and load into waste hauler trailers. <br /> b) We believe that there is another 4,000 gallon steel <br /> tank at the end of the vault and we propose to <br /> vacuum it out, triple rinse and gas free with dry <br /> ice and remove it also and return it to Atchison, <br /> Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company. <br /> - 2 - <br />
