Johnson, was provided with Invoice #2648 in <br /> the sum of $512 . 00 in reference to the above captioned matter. <br /> Mr. Johnson paid that bill. Thereafter another statement was <br /> sent indicating that there was a total amount due of $863 . 00. <br /> The difference being an additional charge for closure plan review <br /> inspections, and UST perm closure plan check/tank inspection. <br /> My client Mr. Johnson is concerned over the new statement that he <br /> has received. It would therefore be appreciated if you would <br /> review this matter and advise our office as to the nature of the <br /> additional charges which have been added to this account.
