The revised fees went into effect on August 1, <br /> 2001, and are listed below: <br /> Generator Size <br /> Less than 5 tonslyear $200 <br /> Waste Oil only $50 <br /> Silver Waste only $50 <br /> 5 to<24 tons/year $1,568 <br /> 25 to<49 tonslyear $1,792 <br /> 50 to<249 tonslyear $2,016 <br /> 250 to<499 tons/year $2,128 <br /> 500 to<999 tons/year $3,024 <br /> 1,000 to<1,999 tons/year $3,360 <br /> 2,000 or more tons/year $4,480 <br /> Hazardous Waste Treatment and/or Storage Facility <br /> Permit by Rule(PBR)Tier Permit $717 <br /> Conditional Authorization(CA)Tier Permit $717 <br /> Conditional Exemption(CE)Tier Permit $112 <br /> Fee for Hourly Rate Charees $89/hr <br /> In addition, the Unified Program facility service fee and the Underground Storage Tank surcharge <br /> fee collected for the State of California were increased to $17.50 and $10.00 per year, respecti vely, <br /> effective July 1,2001. <br /> The enclosed billing statement reflects these changes.
