Results
The analytical laboratory report is attached. Petroleum hydrocarbons were
detected at 11 ppm (part per million) ; 1 ppm above the reporting limit of
10 ppm. Benzene, toluene, and xylene concentrations were below reporting
limits. A table of results follows:
Parameter Result, ppm
*
Benzene BRL
Toluene BRL
Xylene BRL
TPH as Diesel 11
TPH as Total 11
* BRL: Below reporting limits
* TPH: Total petroleum hydrocarbon
Limitations
This work was conducted in general accordance with the accepted standard
of care which exists in Northern California at the time the investigation
was performed. It should be recognized that definition and evaluation of
geologic conditions is a difficult and inexact art. Judgments leading to
conclusions and recommendations are generally made with an incomplete
knowledge of the subsurface conditions present. More extensive studies
including additional subsurface investigation may reduce the inherent
uncertainties associated with subsurface modeling. If the client wishes
to reduce the uncertainty beyond the level associated with this study,
Kleinfelder should be notified for additional consultation.
Sincerely,
KI3?INFffi.ilSlZ
Gregory P.
