Morton Paint Company <br /> April 30 , 1987 <br /> COSTS <br /> The above described scope of work will be performed on a <br /> time and materials basis in accordance with the enclosed "Terms <br /> and Conditions" , Rate Schedule and Rental Sheet. On this basis, <br /> we estimate that the total fee for our services would be <br /> $20 , 745 . 00 . It should be noted that the above quote does not <br /> include disposal of contaminated soils , at any permit costs that <br /> ' may be incurred . <br /> Estimated costs for specific work elements are presented <br /> below in Table 1 . These estimates are based on Groundwater <br /> Technology' s present understanding of existing site conditions <br /> and the services to be performed. During the installation of the <br /> CMS 3000 System, Groundwater Technology would make every <br /> reasonable effort to avoid underground utilities or improvements <br /> at the site. However, Groundwater Technology will not be <br /> responsible for damage to any such underground utility or <br /> improvement whose location is not accurately depicted on plans or <br /> ' drawing provided to us by Morton Paint Company or whose existence <br /> and location we have not been previously appraised of.
