A tank <br />was removed on April 28, 1987, and all constituents were below laboratory reporting limits <br />in the soil sample collected from beneath the tank. <br />Tilford Bros. Inc., of Sacramento, California was the excavation contractor retained to <br />properly excavate, remove, and dispose of the tank. After repeated requests, Kleinfelder <br />has not been able to obtain a disposal manifest for any rinsate removed from the tank. <br />At your request, we areproviding this letter as documentation that we have not been able <br />to obtain a manifest from Tilford Bros.
