Health District. <br /> Material Utilized for Rinsate <br /> Triple rinse of tank to be performed utilizing high pressure washer and soap <br /> designated for use in cleaning storage tanks. <br /> Transportation and Disposal of Hazardous Waste <br /> Transportation and disposal of rinsate to be performed by a licensed <br /> hazardous waste management company. q <br /> a.e a d � <br /> Sampling Procedures <br /> _ t <br /> Sampling will be done by an authorized laboratory analysis company and will <br /> be analyzed by following sampling protocol as follows: <br /> Samples will be taken directly beneath the ends of each tank(s) by the use of <br /> certified contaminant-free brass sampling tubes.
