Section 25283.5 of the Health and Safety O <br /> 2 Code is amended to read: <br /> 3 25283.5. An underground storage tank which meets <br /> 4 all of the following criteria is exempt from the <br /> l 5 requirements of this chapter: <br /> 6 (a) All exteri?c surfaces of the tank, including <br /> 7 connected piping, and the Floor directly beneath the <br /> 8 tank, can be monitored by direct viewing.
