Harding Way RO#:0671 <br /> Stockton, CA 95204 <br /> WORKPLAN: Work Plan for Monitoring Well Installation <br /> DATED: July 31, 2007 <br /> PREPARED BY: Secor - Rusty Benkosky, P.E. <br /> STATUS: APPROVED with conditions noted below. <br /> ADEQUATE AND NECESSARY ELEMENTS OF THE WORKPLAN [Health & Safety Code (H&S) <br /> Section 25296.10(c)(3)l: <br /> • Install seven (7) B' zone, 2-inch PVC monitoring wells ("DMW-4" thru "DMW-10") <br /> on and offsite as required by the EHD. <br /> • Continuous core soil sample collection and selected soil sample laboratory <br /> analyses for GRO (C6-C12), BTEX, six Fuel Oxygenates, 1,2-DCA and EDB by <br /> 82606. <br /> • Develop, survey in, and add monitoring wells to quarterly monitoring protocol. <br /> • Submit report of findings to the EHD. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> • Ensure that an adequate number of soil samples are analyzed from the B' zone to <br /> support conclusions of plume delineation, source, migration, and mass balance <br /> calculations that are required by the EHD to be in the report of findings for this <br /> phase. <br /> • The report of findings is to be in the format of a Site Conceptual Model. <br /> • Submit a Well Permit Application form and $89 fee for each of the areas (onsite <br /> work and the offsite City of Stockton right of way work).
