• S E C O R --- _ <br /> Work Plan for Monitoring Well Installation <br /> July 31, 2007 <br /> Former ARCO Service Station No. 4932 <br /> Stockton, California <br /> Page 9 <br /> Task 6 —Surveying <br /> Upon completion of well construction, a licensed surveyor will locate all wells within the <br /> California state plane coordinate system, within 1/1000 vertical control, and latitude-longitude <br /> (degree, minutes, seconds) to meet the State of California Water Resources Control Board <br /> location requirements. The top of the casings of wells located on-site will be surveyed by a <br /> California-licensed land surveyor for horizontal and vertical control. The coordinates will be <br /> referenced to a known benchmark according to the North American Datum of 1983 (NAD83) <br /> and the North American Vertical Datum of 1988 (NAVD88). <br /> REPORTING <br /> Upon completion of the work proposed herein, SECOR will prepare a report summarizing field <br /> activities and analytical results of the investigation. The report will be submitted to Atlantic <br /> Richfield Company, a SP Affiliated Company, and the SJCEHD and will include tabulated field <br /> data, figures depicting subsurface conditions including soil chemical analytical results, <br /> appendices containing laboratory reports, well completion and soil boring logs, copies of field <br /> notes and data sheets, conclusions, and recommendations for further work. Also per AB 2886 <br /> requirements, SECOR will electronically upload the data obtained during this investigation into <br /> the SWRCB Geotracker Database. <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> SECOR is prepared to initiate field activities upon approval of this work plan by the SJCEHD. <br /> SECOR anticipates that fieldwork will require approximately 8 to 10 weeks to complete, <br /> following the receipt of valid well installation permits from SJCEHD. <br /> 4932 WP for MW Installation 2007.doc SECOR International Incorporated <br />
