• S E C O R --- _
Work Plan for Monitoring Well Installation
July 31, 2007
Former ARCO Service Station No. 4932
Stockton, California
Page 9
Task 6 —Surveying
Upon completion of well construction, a licensed surveyor will locate all wells within the
California state plane coordinate system, within 1/1000 vertical control, and latitude-longitude
(degree, minutes, seconds) to meet the State of California Water Resources Control Board
location requirements. The top of the casings of wells located on-site will be surveyed by a
California-licensed land surveyor for horizontal and vertical control. The coordinates will be
referenced to a known benchmark according to the North American Datum of 1983 (NAD83)
and the North American Vertical Datum of 1988 (NAVD88).
REPORTING
Upon completion of the work proposed herein, SECOR will prepare a report summarizing field
activities and analytical results of the investigation. The report will be submitted to Atlantic
Richfield Company, a SP Affiliated Company, and the SJCEHD and will include tabulated field
data, figures depicting subsurface conditions including soil chemical analytical results,
appendices containing laboratory reports, well completion and soil boring logs, copies of field
notes and data sheets, conclusions, and recommendations for further work. Also per AB 2886
requirements, SECOR will electronically upload the data obtained during this investigation into
the SWRCB Geotracker Database.
SCHEDULE
SECOR is prepared to initiate field activities upon approval of this work plan by the SJCEHD.
SECOR anticipates that fieldwork will require approximately 8 to 10 weeks to complete,
following the receipt of valid well installation permits from SJCEHD.
4932 WP for MW Installation 2007.doc SECOR International Incorporated
