I <br /> Atlantic Richfield Company(ARCO) 7 <br /> ARCO Station #4932 16 E Harding Way Stockton,CA January 15 2002 <br /> Extracted groundwater samples will be collected during and following the pump test <br /> Samples will also be collected from the holding tank upon completion of the feasibility <br /> test for profiling and disposal purposes The water samples will be submitted to a <br /> California-certified laboratory for the analysis of TPHd and TPHg by EPA Method 8015, <br /> BTEX by EPA Method 8020, and fuel oxygenates by EPA Method 8260A <br /> Field and Laboratory procedures are included as Attachment C <br /> WORK PLAN FOR INTERIM REMEDIATION <br /> The objective of interim remediation at this site is to reduce the concentration of MtBE in <br /> groundwater around the northern pump island at the site Interim remediation will be <br /> accomplished by periodically pumping wells MW-4, SV-1, and the proposed groundwater <br /> extraction well using a vacuum truck as discussed below <br /> • Groundwater Extraction. Interim groundwater remediation will include the <br /> periodic pumping of groundwater from wells MW-4, SV-1, and the proposed <br /> groundwater extraction well Groundwater will be pumped once a month at the <br /> site using a vacuum truck while a permanent remedial system is being designed <br /> and installed Water will be hauled by a certified hazardous waste hauler to <br /> Seaport Environmental in Redwood City, California for disposal <br /> .
