The <br />current tenant is Oakland Bag, Inc. <br />NOV issued for the following items: <br />• Facility has liquid containing drums outside of secondary containment. <br />• Hazardous Waste Drums older than 90 days... Most labels read Aug. 09. <br />• Residual product buckets left outside exposed. <br />• Large amounts of surface sediment collected around the drains. <br />• Ink spillage and / or track out from warehouse. <br />• Mineral oil dispenser not on secondary containment. <br />• Florescent light fixtures with ballast stockpiled in the parking lot. <br />Recommendations <br />1. Increase outside sweeping activities. <br />2. Install drain inserts to limit sediment access to the storm drains. <br />
