The facility was unable to provide personnel hazardous waste management training records for the <br /> current year. Facility personnel shall be trained in hazardous waste management procedures within six <br /> months of assuming their position and they shall take part in annual refresher training. <br /> The facility operator shall maintain training documents and training records for all employees handling <br /> hazardous waste. Records must include the personnel names, job title, job description, and a description <br /> of the training topics. <br /> Immediately provide training to employees.
