Weber St., Room 202
Stockton, CA 95201
Re: Municipal Court Case No. E92-124
Dear Mr. Irey:
During our teleconference involving you, Pam Violet, Art Ramirez, and Frank McBee
on you end, we discussed several items that Santa Fe will be doing over the course of the next
several days. Of foremost concern, of course, is a redoubled effort to get the timbers to the
landfill. Frank explained to you several thoughts he has about speeding up that operation. He
will be personally overseeing these activities to ensure that all the material is removed to the
proper disposal site as soon as possible. We have scheduled a follow-up teleconference for 9:30
am you time, January 15 to review the progress being made. I suggest that I initiate the call
since my telephone has the capability of conferencing in several different locations.
There were certain specific items that we discussed that I want to itemize so there is no
confusion as to what you expect from us. We can check these items off during our
teleconference next week.
1. Cover the wood pile
2. Daily photographs (with auto dateback feature) of the timber pile to show
progress of hauling efforts.
3. Receipts from landfill for materials previously disposed of
12 loads hauled on 12/23/92
- initial pads used by Delta Dredging
hard copies (legible) of receipts for timbers hauled from Pete's
Place and Middle River
A Sanu Fe Pacific Company
