Best Management Practices (BMPS) <br /> Employees shall be trained in any of the following BMPS that relate to their jobs: <br /> Non-Storm Water Discharges to Drains <br /> Vehicle and Equipment Fueling <br /> Vehicle and Equipment Washing and Steam Cleaning <br /> Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance and Repair <br /> Outdoor Loading/Unloading of Materials <br /> Outdoor Container Storage of Liquids <br /> Outdoor Process Equipment Operation and Maintenance <br /> Waste Handling and Disposal <br /> Building and Grounds Maintenance <br /> Building Repair, Remodeling, and Construction <br /> C. Trainers <br /> The team leader shall conduct training. <br /> SPILL PREVENTION AND RESPONSE <br /> DESCRIPTION <br /> Spills and leaks together are one of the largest industrial sources of storm water <br /> pollutants, and in most cases are avoidable. Establishing standard operating <br /> procedures such as safety and spill prevention procedures along with proper employee <br /> training can reduce these accidental releases.
