Trainers <br /> The team leader shall conduct training. <br /> SPILL PREVENTION AND RESPONSE <br /> DESCRIPTION <br /> Spills and leaks together are one of the largest industrial sources of storm water <br /> pollutants, and in most cases are avoidable. Establishing standard operating <br /> procedures such as safety and spill prevention procedures along with proper employee <br /> training can reduce these accidental releases.
