(AGE) is hereby granted permission to perform a subsurface <br />investigation at Pump Station #37 - South Center Street, Stockton, California (the site). The <br />subsurface investigation is being conducted to assess soil and ground water for contaminants related <br />to the operations of the former RV Circuits facility at 916 South Center Street, Stockton, California, <br />The investigation is being conducted under the oversight of the Department of Toxic Substance <br />Control (DTSC) and San Joaquin County Health Services - Environmental Health Division <br />(SJCPHS-EHD). <br />Investigatory activities to be conducted on the site will consist of advancing one soil boring to a <br />depth of approximately 310 feet below surface grade to collect soil and ground water samples. At the <br />conclusion of the investigatory activities, the boring will be properly abandoned under permit with <br />the original grade restored, <br />All expenses for the subsurface investigation as related to the former activities at the 916 South <br />Center Street site as outlined above shall be borne by Mr. John Hinkel, and will be conducted under <br />permit in a timely manner upon approval by SJCPHS-BHD. <br />Mr. Mar, of California Water Service, will be given 48 hours notice prior to the initiation of field <br />activities, which will be conducted in a manner to minimize disruption of normal site activities. <br />Mr. Bric Mar Date <br />California Water Service <br />Pump Station #37 - South Center Street <br />Stockton, California <br />
