6. 66262.11 California Code of Regulations (CCR) : On or after September <br /> 11, 1997, RV/PR stored two (2) thirty (30) gallon black poly containers <br /> half filled with a white granulated material without having properly <br /> identified the contents of the drums. The contents of the drums are <br /> unknown and may be hazardous. <br /> 7. 66262.34 (CCR) : On and after September 11, 1996 RV/PR has failed to <br /> properly label the two 2 - 30 gallon black poly containers. <br /> 8. 66262.34 (CCR) : On and after September 11, 1996, RV/PR has. failed to <br /> properly label the 5 bulk boxes containing hazardous sludge in the old <br /> plating room. <br /> 9. 66265.173 (x) CCR: On and after September 11, 1996 RV/PR failed to keep <br /> one bulk box of hazardous sludge closed except when adding or removing <br /> hazardous waste. <br /> In addition to the above violations I found 5 - 5 gallon containers sitting on <br /> a metal cart. One of the chemicals, Macu Prep ETC a strong oxident <br /> manufactured by MacDermid expired on February 2, 1994. <br />
