V. Circuits, 619 South Center Street, Stockton, <br /> California. <br /> I. Report of Violations: <br /> 1 . 25189 . 5 (HSC) On or about September 6, 1996, R. V. <br /> Circuits, Al Navarro, and Ezequiel Garcia caused <br /> disposal of hazardous waste at an unauthorized point <br /> (onto the ground) by placing waste in an improperly <br /> supported 1800 gallon poly tank which then ruptured. <br /> (Class 1 Violation) <br /> 2 . 25189 . 5/25201 (a) (HSC) On or about September 6, 1996, <br /> R. V. Circuits, Al Navarro, and Ezequiel Garcia <br /> illegally treated hazardous waste in tanks and an area <br /> lacking secondary containment . <br /> 3 . 25189 . 6 (HSC) On or about September 6, 1996, R. V. <br /> Circuits, Al Navarro, and Ezequiel Garcia were <br /> illegally storing, disposing, treating and handling <br /> hazardous waste in a manner which causes unreasonable <br /> risk of serious injury. (Class 1 Violation) <br /> 4 . 66265 .31 (CCR) On or about September 6, 1996 R. V. <br /> Circuits facility was not maintained to minimize the <br /> release of a hazardous waste. <br /> 5 . 66265 .32 (a) (CCR) On or about September 6, 1996 R.
