InC� <br />21st CENTURY ENVIRONMENTAL - NEVADA <br />Hazard Communication Information <br />Generator's Waste Materia ProPil <br />The following is a description of information that is <br />provided by the generator of a potential material that is <br />considered for acceptance to the Fernley facility. <br />Part A - General information <br />Generator's -name. technical contact with a phone <br />number. name of the waste with the process that <br />generated this material and any appropriate EPA ID <br />numbers. <br />Part B - Physical Characteristics of Waste <br />A typical description of the physical state of the <br />waste indicating the solid, liquid, and gas phases <br />of the material. This information provides data <br />for ignitability and health hazarde. <br />Part C - Chemical. Composition <br />A listing of the chemical compounds (inorganic <br />and/or organics) of the waste, thereby furnishing <br />a illustrative mass balance of the material. This <br />information will inform personnel of the potential <br />for the reactivity, flammability, Toxicity and <br />health concerns associated with this waste. <br />Part D - Metals <br />matals and elements are listed for toxicity and <br />recycling potential in total concentrations or <br />leachable values. <br />Part E - other Components <br />This section denotes other anions and cations <br />from which potential hazards may be encountered. <br />Part F - Shipping Information <br />This section provides a DOT shipping description <br />as defined in 49 CFR 172.101. The guidance of <br />handling this hazardous material/waste is provided <br />for this material in transit by the U.S. <br />Department of Transportation. <br />Part G - Hazardous Characteristics <br />This part communicates reactivity and other <br />hazardous characteristics that might be associated <br />with this waste.
