<br /> On July 7, 1995 I was assigned at the request of Deputy
<br /> District Attorney Lisa Brown to contact the former owners of RV
<br /> Circuits, 916 South Center Street, Stockton, and determine what
<br /> plans they have for the removal of hazardous waste left at this
<br /> location after they had gone out of business. RV Circuits
<br /> manufactured circuit boards and went out of business late 1993 .
<br /> On August 2 , 1995 I met with Doug Wilson, San Joaquin County
<br /> Public Health Services, Supervising Environmental Health Special-
<br /> ist. Wilson briefed me on the current problem of hazardous
<br /> chemicals and waste being abandoned at 916 South Center Street.
<br /> RV Circuits had gone out of business approximately two years ago,
