Tupas stated that the business closed some time in <br /> 1992 . <br /> Celso Tupas was questioned on to what hazardous materials <br /> and waste had been left at RV Circuits. Tupas said that he was <br /> aware that material and waste was left behind, but he did not <br /> know what type of chemicals they would be. Tupas stated that <br /> this would not have been his department and I would have to ask <br /> Art Smith. <br /> I questioned Tupas if he was aware of any plans to have RV <br /> Circuits cleaned up. Tupas said that he was leaving this to Art <br /> Smith, because he was not very qualified to do this. Tupas said <br /> that he was just waiting to assist Art Smith with the cleanup <br /> once the permits were received. <br /> On August 8, 1995 at 10:55 AM I contacted JR Tupas at his <br /> employer' s address Blackmun Truck Leasing, Stockton. Tupas is <br /> employed in the accounting department at Blackmun. <br /> Tupas stated that he was a part owner of RV Circuits along <br /> with his bother Celso Tupas and Art Smith. Tupas stated that RV <br /> Circuits had operated since November 1987 until December 1993, at <br /> which time the company filed bankruptcy. <br /> I questioned J.R. Tupas on when he was last at RV Circuits. <br /> Tupas could not give me a date, but said that he had gone to RV <br /> Circuits and met with John Hinckle.
