Naprawa states he <br /> does recall Art Smith calling him on June 30, 1995, concerning <br /> information on the removal of hazardous waste at RV Circuits. <br /> Naprawa stated he completed a report concerning this conversation <br /> and would fax a copy to me. Naprawa stated he referred Smith to <br /> his supervisor Astrid Johnson. <br /> Astrid Johnson was contacted via telephone concerning her <br /> contacts with Art Smith. Johnson said she does recall Art Smith <br /> calling her concerning RV Circuits. Johnson states she did not <br /> do a report on the call, but was aware a Tim Naprawa of their <br /> 8 <br />
