The only remaining assets of the estate which have <br /> not been previously abandoned by the trustee consist of <br /> 23 miscellaneous office equipment and manufacturing equipment, <br /> presently located at 916 S . Center St. , Stockton. CA. <br /> 24 Secured creditors against the equipment presently total in <br /> excess of $300, 000 . 00 . I am informed and believe and thereon <br /> 25 allege that the equipment is polluted with toxic waste, to <br /> wit, heavy metals . I have received a preliminary estimate <br /> 26 for cleanup costs of approximately $75,000 .00. <br /> 27 4 . At the suggestion of the court, during the last <br /> hearing, at this time I ask the court for a court order <br /> 28 approving the sale of the equipment to ADL Circuits, Inc . <br /> The terms of the sale would include the payment of $1, 000 . 00 <br /> cash to the estate, to be paid immediately upon approval of <br />
