The equipment and van are presently located at 916 S . <br /> 3 Center St. , Stockton, CA. <br /> 4 The trustee assets that the manufacturing equipment is <br /> 5 polluted with toxic waste, to wit, heavy metals ; that the <br /> 6 County of San Joaquin has estimated that it will cost <br /> 7 approximately $100, 000 . 00 to clean up the waste; and that the <br /> 8 debtor' s business operation (now closed) was a nonconforming <br /> 9 use for the property zoning that it was located in. As a <br /> 10 result, the trustee cannot sell the above-referenced personal <br /> 11 property to anyone to continue the business in its present <br /> 12 location.
