v <br /> 1 <br /> before February 9 , 1994 , and the sum of $5 , 300 on or before <br /> 2 August 9, 1994 ; or, defendant corporation shall pay the sum of <br /> 3 <br /> $7 , 050 on or before August 9 , 1994 . <br /> 4 <br /> (2) defendant corporation is fined the sum of $25, 000 <br /> 5 to be paid as follows: $10, 000 by November 24 , 1994 ; $10, 000 by <br /> 6 November 24 , 1995; and $5, 000 by November 23 , 1996; however, the <br /> 7 fine shall be reduced each year by the amount defendant <br /> 6 corporation spends on employee training in the safe handling of <br /> 9 hazardous materials and hazardous waste. Written proof of such <br /> 10 training and the amount paid for such training shall be provided <br /> 11 <br /> to the District Attorney as a condition of receiving such <br /> 12 credit. If the defendant corporation spends an amount greater <br /> 13 <br /> than is due in a given year, then the extra amount paid shall be <br /> 14 credited to the next year or the previous year as the case may <br /> 15 be, provided however, that at least $10, 000 is spent the first <br /> 16 <br /> year. This $25, 000 shall not be reduced by the amount spent on <br /> 17 the training of Art Smith, J.R. Tupas, and Celso Tupas. <br /> 18 <br /> (3) Defendant corporation shall obey all laws, no <br /> 19 <br /> same or similar offense, and shall be given an additional three <br /> 20 <br /> years informal probation from the date of the admission of the <br /> 21 <br /> violation of probation. <br /> 22 <br /> Dated: November 23 , 1993 <br /> 23 <br /> 24 George G.
