Defendant corporation shall timely submit pre- <br /> 2 treatment reports and all other required reports to the Stockto <br /> 3 Municipal Utility District, including any reportable deviation <br /> 4 in permit levels, per regulations. <br /> 5 12 . All pre-treatment operators shall have completed <br /> 6 1910 CFR 40 hours hazardous waste training program; and all <br /> 7 operators must have obtained a pre-treatment operator' s <br /> 8 certification before they do any treatment of hazardous waste. <br /> 9 13 . All required local, state and federal laws and <br /> 10 procedures must be followed regarding worker safety, hazardous <br /> 11 materials handling, and hazardous waste handling. This includes <br /> 12 Title 22 section 66265 . 16 . <br /> 13 14 . Defendant corporation shall be fined $100, 000 ; <br /> 14 however, if within the next 30 days defendant corporation <br /> /� 15 produces satisfactory proof to the District Attorney that new <br /> \ 16 waste water treatment equipment has been purchased and <br /> 17 installed, then the $100, 000 fine shall be reduced by the amount <br /> 18 spent up to a maximum fine reduction of $50, 000. 00. The <br /> 19 District Attorney shall notify the court upon receipt of such <br /> 20 proof. The fine shall be paid in installments as follows: <br /> 21 within 30 days of defendant corporation' s gross revenues <br /> 22 exceeding $1, 750, 000 . <br /> 23 <br /> 24 <br /> 25 <br /> 26 <br /> 27 <br /> 28 <br /> 5 . <br />
