Uniform hazardous waste manifests, receipts, records of <br /> 6 <br /> purchase, bills of lading, shipping records, work orders, <br /> 7 <br /> work logs, invoices, inventory records, company reports, <br /> 8 <br /> memos, correspondence, or any other documents relating to the <br /> 9 <br /> purchase, production, storage, shipping, disposal, <br /> 10 <br /> transportation, treatment, processing or acceptance of any <br /> 11 <br /> materials designated as hazardous by Title 26 of Cal. Code of <br /> 12 <br /> Regulations, or Chapter 6. 5 of the California Health and <br /> 13 <br /> Safety Code Section 25100 et seq. ; <br /> 14 <br /> 7. Letters, memoranda, instructions, brochures, pamphlets, <br /> 15 <br /> guidelines, reports, labels, or any other literature <br /> 16 <br /> regarding safety or health precautions to be used in the <br /> 17 <br /> handling of any hazardous materials or waste; <br /> 18 <br /> 8. Lists of current corporate officers and employees, and any <br /> 19 <br /> literature about their job descriptions, including but not <br /> 20 <br /> limited to, all personnel and payroll files and records, <br /> 21 <br /> articles or personal property tending to establish the <br /> 22 <br /> identity of persons in control of the premises, vehicles, <br /> 23 <br /> storage areas, or containers where hazardous materials or <br /> 24 <br /> waste may be found consisting in part of and, including but <br /> 25 <br /> not limited to; utility company receipts, rent receipts for <br /> 26 <br /> premises, equipment, or vehicles, cancelled mail envelopes, <br /> 27 <br /> 28 2 . / <br />
