Venue of this action in this County is mandated by Healt <br /> 5 and Safety Code Section 25183 . <br /> 6 THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, by and through JOHN <br /> 7 D. PHILLIPS, District Attorney of the County of San Joaquin, <br /> 8 hereby allege that: <br /> 9 DEFENDANTS <br /> 10 4 . Defendants, each of them, transact business within the <br /> 11 County of San Joaquin. The violations hereinafter described have <br /> 12 been carried out within San Joaquin County. The actions of the <br /> 13 defendants , and each of them, jointly and severally, as set out <br /> 14 below, are in violation of the law and public policy of the State <br /> 15 of California and are inimical to the rights and interests of the <br /> 16 general public. <br /> 17 5 . Defendant, ART SMITH, individually, and dba R.V. <br /> 18 CIRCUITS, is now, and at all times mentioned herein, was <br /> 19 engaged in the business of circuit board manufacturing at 916 <br /> 20 South Center Street, Stockton, California, located within San <br /> 21 Joaquin County. <br /> 22 6 . Defendant, R.V. CIRCUITS MANUFACTURING INC. (hereinafter <br /> 23 referred to as "R.V. Circuits" ) is now, and at all times men- <br /> 24 tioned herein, was engaged in the business of plating printed <br /> 25 circuit boards at 222 South Wilson Way, and 916 South Center <br /> 26 Street, Stockton, California, locations within San Joaquin <br /> 27 County. <br />
