r 1 participating w�rth said defendants with actual or constructive <br /> 2 knowledge of this injunction, only insofar as they are doing <br /> business in the State of California and confined to defendants ' <br /> 3 <br /> 4 circuit board manufacturing activities in the County of San <br /> 5 Joaquin and elsewhere in the State of California. <br /> 6 3 . Defendants, in the course of defendants ' circuit board <br /> 7 manufacturing business, are hereby enjoined for a period of 5 <br /> 6 years from violating Health and Safety Code Section 25189 . . <br /> 9 4 . Defendants established and shall continue to have <br /> 10 corporate procedures requiring that all hazardous waste generated <br /> 11 are legally stored and disposed of and shall emphasize reduction <br /> 12 and recycling of hazardous waste. <br /> 13 5 . Prior to filing a motion for contempt regarding the <br /> 14 injunctive relief ordered herein, Plaintiff shall provide <br /> 15 defendants with written notice of the violation 30 days prior to <br /> 16 filing said motion and shall meet and confer with defendants, if <br /> 17 requested. <br /> 18 6 . In lieu of civil penalties, defendants have agreed to <br /> 19 and have installed pre-treatment equipment at a cost of <br /> 20 approximately FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ( $15 , 000 . 00 ) to ensure <br /> 21 that their facility will be able to meet both city of Stockton <br /> 22 discharge requirements and hazardous waste disposal requirements. <br /> 23 7 .
