1 civil penalties provided for by Business and Professions Code <br /> 2 Section 17206, based upon unfair competition as proscribed by <br /> 3 Business and Professions Code § 17200, to-wit: TWO THOUSAND <br /> 4 FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2, 500. 00) for each violation, in an <br /> 5 amount according to proof but not less than TWO HUNDRED FIFTY <br /> 6 THOUSAND ($250, 000. 00) . <br /> 7 5. Plaintiff recover its costs incurred in this action. <br /> 8 6.
