This
complaint concerned workers who were allegedly being exposed
to hazardous waste. The complainant had indicated the
facility was filled with containers of open untreated
hazardous waste. The City of Stockton had cut off sewage
service from the facility, due to numerous violations and
illegal discharges. The cut off of the sewage system occurred
in June of 1993 and RV Circuits had continued to operate. It
was determined by SMUD that 43, 000 gallons of water was taken
into the plant through the water meter. The City of Stockton
allowed 12 , 000 gallons of treated waste water to be taken to
the city sewage treatment plant in a tanker truck. It had
been estimated by SMUD that approximately 28 , 000 gallons of
liquid wastes should still be on the site if no other off site
discharges had been made.
OWNERS/OPERATORS:
(Company officers)
Arthur Smith
Renato Tupas
Celso Tupas
1
A Div cion or San poayntn County Hdrh Cue Xmcm C
