Center Street <br /> Stockton, CA 95206 <br /> INSPECTION REPORT <br /> On June 23, 1993, a wastewater discharge compliance inspection was performed <br /> at your facility by Environmental Control Section Staff at the request of R V <br /> Circuits, Inc. The findings summarizing the results of this inspection are <br /> included as an attachment to this letter. <br /> A number of discrepancies were noted during the inspection which address <br /> wastewater discharge compliance issues. These discrepancies must be corrected <br /> before the City can issue a Wastewater Discharge Permit to your facility. <br /> Also, by letter dated June 18, 1993, R V Circuits, Inc. was advised that the Permit <br /> Application could not be accepted as submitted. One of the more important <br /> requirements prerequisite to the issuance of a Permit is that R V Circuits, Inc. <br /> meet its financial obligations to the City. As a reminder, the Municipal Code <br /> requires that your sewer service billings (including fines and penalties) remain <br /> current as a condition of receiving or continuing to receive sewer utility service. <br /> In addition to these requirements, R V Circuits, Inc must install the sampling <br /> manhole which was required as a condition of your continuing to receive sewer <br /> service in my letter to you of April 29, 1992. The sampling manhole must be in <br /> the City Right-of-Way so that inspectors have access to it at all times. The <br /> sampling manhole must be of sufficient depth to accommodate an automatic <br /> sampler and be placed in such a manner as to give access to R V Circuit's waste <br /> alone. The sanitary waste must be separated from the pretreated waste. R V <br /> Circuits cannot continue to ignore the requirements of the Municipal Code and <br /> lawful orders issued under the authority of the Wastewater Discharge Permit if <br /> it intends to do business in the City of Stockton. <br /> "service u,i�r.
