Circuits facility at 916 S. Center Street in Stockton has been the subject of a series of regulatory inspections over the past several months. These inspections have alleged both safety and health violations. Most of these alleged violations have been incorporated into the present Complaint for Civil Penalties. Pursuant to our conversation of March 22 , 1991, we are submitting the following self-certification on behalf of our clients. The fact that R.V. Circuits may have modified its facility and/or operations, should not be construed as an admission that it was in violation of any statutory or regulatory provision. 1. The facility does have an EPA ID # (CAD095654273) . 2 . All hazardous wastes have been shipped by Manifest. Copies provided to Ms. Brown. 3 . A Biennial Report was submitted for 1990. _ P('W 4 . Personnel at the facility are trained and records of this training are available. Copies provided to Ms. Brown. e 5.
