All bags of powdered material have been placed within plastic <br /> containers. <br /> Main Electrical Area/Scrap Area <br /> 27. All electrical boxes in this room currently have cover plates. <br /> 28. All fire extinguisher currently meet UFC maintenance <br /> requirements. <br /> 29 . There are no extension cords going through any walls. <br /> Office Area <br /> 30. All fire extinguisher currently meet UFC maintenance <br /> requirements. <br /> Miscellaneous <br /> 31. All fire extinguisher currently meet UFC maintenance <br /> requirements. <br /> 32. The flow meter problem, written up on 2/13/91 was already <br /> being addressed and was corrected within a few hours of the <br /> SMUD inspection. Document provided to Ms. Brown. <br /> Based on information and belief, the above listed conditions, <br /> procedures and modifications have been made or are currently in <br /> effect at V.
