1 Professions Code Section 17200, which, in part, defines unfair <br /> 2 competition as any "unlawful, unfair, or fraudulent business <br /> 3 practice. " Defendants' acts of unfair competition include, but <br /> 4 are not necessarily limited to, the following: <br /> a. Violations of the Hazardous Waste Control Act, in that <br /> 5 <br /> 6 defendants committed the acts prohibited by the Act as more <br /> 7 particularly alleged in Paragraphs 10 and 11 of this complaint. <br /> 8 b.
