Smith, ROV COMPLIANCE DATE EXTENSION - R.V. CIRCUITS, INC. , 916 S. CENTER STREET, STOCKTON On December 9, 1987, a Report of Violation was issued by this Department. The Report outlines a Schedule for Correction of violations observed during an October 28, 1987 inspection. In a meeting with your consultant, Sam Romero, on December 22, 1987, , I granted an extension for submittal of the following information: o Doculrentation that a waste determination has been made of the wascestream prior to any treatment . Dr . Romero explained this determination will be made by Canonie Engineering . I emphasized the procedure outlined in the Schedule for Correction must be followed and submitted in writing . o Verification of safety equipment installation. This will include a map showing the locations of all fire extinguishers, health and safety equipment and emergency exits . Additional information Dr . Romero agreed to submit is as follows: o Documentation of the ownership change identifying former and current ownership including date of escrow closure. o The name of the sealant used to chemically seal bermed, concrete areas including a listing of component percentages . Please include a map showing locations of sealant application. All information must be submitted to this office no later than January 12 , 1988 as mutually agreed upon by myself and Dr. Romero. No further extensions will be granted. All other deadlines outlined in the Schedule for Correction must be met .
