<br />Pesticide wastes are acutely hazardous. Improper disposal
<br />of excess pesticide, spay mixture, or rinsate is a violation

<br />Pesticide of Environmental Control Agency, or the Hazar-
<br />dous Vveste representative at the nearest EPA Regional of.
