Charter Way, Stockton
Dear Michael:
As we discussed last week, Mr. Wilbur Raymond has retained the services of Valley
Environmental Solutions to clean up the site at 2245 W. Charter Way. I believe that you
inspected the site on February 28, 1995. A rough outline of our work plan is as follows:
1. In the second week of March we will determine the hazard class of each material, collect
samples and send the samples to a disposal facility for acceptance analysis.
2. As soon as possible after receiving analysis results, we will package the material in DOT
shipping containers, label, and prepare for disposal.
3. When we have determined the total number of containers we will give Mr. Raymond a disposal
quote. If he approves the proposal we will ship the waste as soon as possible. We will provide
PHS-EHD with a &nal copy of all disposal paperwork.
Please call if you should have any questions.
Vice President
cc: Elane Antolin, SJCO District Attorney Office
P.O.
