Comply with applicable Federal, State County, and City codes, regulations, and adopted <br /> standards. <br /> 2, standar to the subject recycling Plants II be restricted to one 30-foot wide driveway located <br /> immediately adjacent to the west props line of the site. This driveway shall be constructed <br /> in accordance with City of Stockton St ndard Drawing No. 38. <br /> 3. The travelled area between Anderson Street and the portable scale shall consist of a hard <br /> surface to prevent the tracking of mud d din from the recycling plant site onto City streets. <br /> 4.
