Comply with applicable Federal, State County. and City codes, regulations, and adopted <br /> standards. <br /> 2. Access to the subject recycling plant shall be restricted to one 30-foot wide driveway located <br /> Immediately adjacent to the west props y line of the site. This driveway shall be constructed <br /> in accordance with City of Stockton Standard Drawing No. 38. <br /> 3. The travelled area between Anderson Street and the portable scale <br /> plant shell hte onto City streets <br /> surface to prevent the tracking of mud d dirt from the recycling <br /> 4.
