Cluff <br /> Lodi, CA 95240 <br /> RE: Complaint Number C0002856 <br /> The Public Health Services-Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) received complaint <br /> number C0002856 alleging that radioactive contaminated materials may have been received <br /> at the Ramrock Environmental facility at the Port of Stockton. The Environmental Health <br /> Division, the San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District, and the Office of <br /> Emergency Services conducted a joint inspection at the site on October 31, 1994.
